	Requiring the Public Utilities Commission to examine federal and state law related to cyber security and privacy requirements including but not limited to those related to smart meters, to monitor federal cyber security efforts and to report recommendations to the Legislature will result in minor cost increases which can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
