	The Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability (OPEGA) will need to provide approximately 1,000 to 1,500 hours of staff resources to conduct the review of hospitals required by this bill.  The ability for OPEGA to implement this requirement without additional General Fund appropriations will depend on OPEGA's workload as directed by the Government Oversight Committee and other legislatively-mandated projects. Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services are expected to be minor and can be absorbed with existing budget resources.
