Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes General Fund appropriations of $38,405 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $34,255 in fiscal year 2012-13 to the School Finance and Operations program within the Department of Education for one 6 month full-time equivalent (FTE) Education Specialist I position and all other costs associated with providing training and technical assistance, establishing review schedules and completing reviews for the federal Summer Food Service Program for Children.
	This bill also includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations totaling $92,822 in fiscal year 2012-13 to the School Finance and Operations program.  Of that amount, $82,822 is allocated for meal reimbursements to schools participating in the summer food service program and $10,000 is allocated for the additional costs of administering the program.
