Repealing the
requirement that electrical companies by separately licensed may result in
minor savings to the Electricians' Examining Board within the Office of
Licensing and Registration, Department of Professional and Financial
Regulation. Because the licensees do
not pay a fee, there will be no loss of dedicated revenue to the board as a
result of this legislation. |
