	Requiring the Maine State Housing Authority to award contracts for the installation or service of energy-efficient replacement refrigerators or freezers in low-income households to suppliers that meet certain criteria may potentially result in higher costs in some areas of the State.  The amount can not be determined at this time.  Unless additional funding for this energy conservation program is provided, this legislation may result in fewer low-income households being served.
