The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
The correctional impact assumes one Class C and one Class D conviction per year.

Failure to comply with the provisions of the Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act could result in a significant loss of federal Medicaid and related funds as well as the loss of Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act grant awards.
