| This legislation removes containers larger than 28 ounces from the bottle bill and establishes a uniform deposit of 5¢ for all containers. These provisions will result in an Other Special Revenue Funds loss of revenue to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources of $44,516 beginning in fiscal year 2011-12 for reduced registrations and renewals of beverage container labels. | ||||||
| There will also be a reduction in General Fund revenues related to reduced unclaimed deposits. An estimate of this reduction has not been made at this time. | ||||||
