Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment delays the effective date of certain provisions of the bill to July 1, 2012.  Therefore, the entire revenue loss of $640,000 shown in the committee amendment is restored in fiscal year 2011-12 and $634,000 of the revenue is restored in fiscal year 2012-13, leaving an ongoing net revenue reduction of $6,000 beginning in fiscal year 2012-13.
