Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation removes wine bottles from the bottle redemption system and will result in an Other Special Revenue Funds loss of revenue to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources of $18,276 beginning in fiscal year 2011-12 for reduced registrations and renewals of beverage container labels.
	There will also be a reduction in General Fund revenues related to reduced unclaimed deposits.  An estimate of this reduction has not been made at this time.
