| This amendment proposes to eliminate the 2% of net table game income from the Bangor facility distributed to the municipality and instead distribute 2% to a federally recognized Indian tribe. While the total tax remains at 16% of net table game income and the amount of General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds revenue shown on the committee amendment would not change, the distribution to the municipality would decrease by the amount now distributed to the tribe, $106,240. The payment from the Bangor facility is contingent upon municipal approval of table games. | ||||||
