	The Secretary of State's budget includes sufficient funds to accommodate one ballot of average length for the general election in November.  If the number or size of the referendum questions in Penobscot County requires production and delivery of a second ballot, an additional appropriation may be required to cover an additional ballot for Penobscot County.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Ballots containing the office of county commissioner are provided to municipalities by the Secretary of State.  The Secretary of State covers the cost to prepare and deliver these ballots.
