|
This amendment
requires the Department of Education to provide grants to every school
district sufficient to support 2 days of professional development training in
the implementation of standards based education contingent upon funds being
available in the Fund for the Efficient Delivery of Educational Services.
Currently there are no monies in the Fund and no provisions in statute to
direct monies to the Fund. Even
without money being placed in the Fund, the training will still be required. |
