Municipalities
may decide to change ordinances that are not in compliance with a 90 day
minimum to record subdivision plans.
Also, subdividers who get approval in January or February of any year
may decide to forego recording the plan until after the April 1 day of
assessment to avoid paying taxes on the separate lots in the subdivision. |
