Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the appropriation in the bill by $36,531 in fiscal year 2012-13 to reflect the impact of  PL 2011, c. 655, which included a General Fund appropriation of $36,531 in fiscal year 2012-13 for one part-time Assistant Attorney General position to serve as an ombudsman to assist in compliance with the State's freedom of access laws.  As amended, the bill will still provide a General Fund appropriation of $44,067 in fiscal year 2012-13, which is the funding needed to increase the part-time Assistant Attorney General position to full-time.
