Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Provides appropriations of $27,069,285 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $27,069,285 in fiscal year 2012-13 to the Medical Care-Payments to providers program in the Department of Health and Human Services for the costs of Medicaid eligibility expansions.  Also appropriates $612,126 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $643,048 in fiscal year 2012-13 to the Office of MaineCare Services in the Department of Health and Human Services for 11 Eligibility Specialist positions, 5 Family Independence Unit Supervisor positions and related costs to implement and administer the Medicaid eligibility expansions. Also provides matching federal allocations.
