	The general operating expenses of this study are projected to be $6,960 in fiscal year 2011-12.  This bill transfers $6,960 in fiscal year 2011-12 from the Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability to the Legislature to offset the estimated costs of the Commssion to Study Allocations of the Fund for a Healthy Maine.
