This legislation
creates an elver license lottery which is expected to increase Other Special
Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Marine Resources by $5,000
beginning in fiscal year 2012-13. This
analysis assumes 200 lottery applications per year. The bill includes a corresponding Other
Special Revenue Funds allocation to the department in fiscal year 2012-13. |
