Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Legislature of $500 in fiscal year 2011-12 for a plaque honoring veterans.  However, since this legislation is not an emergency, and will not go into effect until 90 days after session adjournment, the bill would need to be amended to move the allocation to fiscal year 2012-13.
	Additional costs to the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management associated with accepting sources of funding for the plaque and reporting the proposed design and location of the plaque can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
