An Act To Ban the Purchase of Bottled Water by State Agencies
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §1824-B is enacted to read:
§ 1824-B. Bottled water
The State or any political subdivision, governmental agency or public benefit corporation of the State may not purchase bottled water.
