Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act Regarding Poker Runs Operated by Organizations Licensed To Conduct Games of Chance’
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 8 in the 2nd and 3rd lines (page 1, lines 4 and 5 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " established with the primary purpose of supporting the activity of snowmobile riding and the maintenance of snowmobile trails in the State"
SUMMARY
This amendment, which is the majority report of the committee, allows for the increased bet limit for up to 2 poker run events per year for any licensed organization, not just snowmobile clubs.
