Amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and before the summary and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. 25 MRSA §2001-A, sub-§2, ¶A-1 is enacted to read:
Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Eliminates 2 Office Associate I positions as a result of eliminating the requirement for concealed handgun permits for certain individuals.
