Sec. 1. Development of transportation fund for the unemployed. Resolved: That the Department of Labor shall establish a fund to provide funding to the department's career centers to assist unemployed individuals lacking transportation for costs associated with transportation to job interviews, including, but not limited to, automotive repair costs.
