An Act Relating to Precious Metal Coins
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§95 is enacted to read:
95. Gold and silver coins minted by the United States Mint. Sales of gold or silver coins minted by the United States Department of the Treasury, United States Mint.
