Amend the amendment by inserting after section 7 the following:
‘Sec. 8. Transfer of funds; Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Off-road Recreational Vehicles Program. On or before June 30, 2014 and on or before June 30, 2015, the State Controller shall transfer $17,500 and $18,450, respectively, from the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Off-road Recreational Vehicles Program, Snowmobile Trail Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to offset the loss in revenue from exempting diesel fuel used for grooming snowmobile trails from the sales tax.’
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
