Amend the resolution by striking out all of the 5th indented paragraph and inserting the following:
WHEREAS, ‘the United States ranks as Taiwan's 3rd-largest trading partner, and Taiwan was the 16th-largest trading partner of the United States in 2012; and’
Amend the resolution by striking out all of the 7th and 8th indented paragraphs.
Amend the resolution by striking out all of the 2nd resolved paragraph.
