An Act To Provide Funding for the Veterans Treatment Courts
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT
Courts - Supreme, Superior and District 0063
Initiative: Provides funds for 3 Judge positions, 3 Deputy Marshal positions, 4 full-time Assistant Clerk positions and one part-time Assistant Clerk position and related costs to expand access to veterans treatment courts statewide.
