‘ 6. Grandfathered signs. Notwithstanding any provision of this section to the contrary, this section does not apply to a supplemental guide sign that was lawfully installed prior to July 1, 2014.’

Amend the bill in section 3 in §1912-C by inserting after subsection 5 the following:
SUMMARY
This amendment exempts from the provisions of the bill those signs that were lawfully installed prior to July 1, 2014.
