Amend the bill by striking out all of section 2 and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 2. 10 MRSA §1413, sub-§1-A, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 151, §2, is repealed.
Summary
This amendment removes the definition of "ASHRAE standards" from the bill and repeals the definition of "ASHRAE Standard 62-2001" in the Energy Efficiency Building Performance Standards Act.
