An Act To Provide That a Distributor, Blender or Retail Dealer of Motor Fuel May Not Be Required To Sell, Consign or Distribute Motor Fuel Containing Ten Percent or More Ethanol
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 10 MRSA §1457-B is enacted to read:
§ 1457-B. Sale, consignment or distribution of motor fuel containing 10% or more ethanol
A distributor, blender or retail dealer may not be required to sell, consign or distribute motor fuel containing 10% or more ethanol.

This bill provides that a distributor, blender or retail dealer of motor fuel may not be required to sell, consign or distribute motor fuel containing 10% or more ethanol.
