Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph B in the 4th line (page 1, line 7 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "efficiencies" and inserting the following: ' efficiencies reduced jail expenditures'

SUMMARY

This amendment, which is the minority report of the committee, provides clarification by replacing the term "efficiencies" with "reduced jail expenditures."
