Amend the bill in section 2 in subsection 6 in the last 2 lines (page 1, lines 33 and 34 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " Fifteen percent of these penalties assessed and recovered must be directly deposited in the fund account" and inserting the following: ' An amount equal to 15% of each overpayment on which these penalties were assessed must be transferred directly into the fund account upon recovery'

This amendment slightly changes the language of the bill to better meet the requirements of the federal Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011, pursuant to direction from the United States Department of Labor.
