Resolve, To Terminate a MaineCare Transportation Contract

Sec. 1. Termination of agreement. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall terminate the agreement to purchase services dated August 1, 2013 entered into by and between the Department of Health and Human Services and Coordinated Transportation Solutions for the period of August 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. The services purchased under the agreement are related to nonemergency medical transportation services to be delivered to MaineCare recipients and Children's Health Insurance Program recipients.
