Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
Eliminates Class D and Class E crimes and civil violations.
A reduction in fines will decrease General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
This legislation allows a person to hunt with a crossbow during an expanded archery deer hunting season that is to be established in rule.  The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife estimates that this expanded season would increase sales of crossbow and expanded archery permits and result in an increase in General Fund revenue of $24,062 beginning in fiscal year 2013-14.
