Prohibiting state
agencies and other local units of government from entering into agreements or
financial arrangements with organizations associated with United Nations
Agenda 21 could limit the ability of these entities to contract with some
vendors. Such restrictions could
reduce competition in the bidding process and potentially increase the costs
of any contracts. The extent to which
state agencies would be impacted and the amount of any additional costs
cannot be estimated at this time. |
