Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife of $10,000 in fiscal year 2013-14 for an actuarial study to review expanding the availability of lifetime hunting and fishing licenses.  Funding exists within this account to cover the allocation.  Additional costs to the department associated with surveying users of the licensing system and developing a plan to update the system can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
