	This legislation removes custom slaughterers and processors from licensing requirements and would result in a reduction in General Fund revenue of $1,125 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $1,500 in fiscal year 2014-15 and ongoing.  This estimate is based upon 30 licenses at $50 each.
