the comparative negligence laws will result in higher premium payments for
all state agencies. The total annual
cost is estimated to be $88,000. The
General Fund cost is estimated to be $12,733 in fiscal year 2013-14 and
$28,670 in fiscal year 2014-15. The
Highway Fund cost is estimated to be $12,733 in fiscal year 2013-14 and
$16,978 in fiscal year 2014-15. |
