The Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry would require a General Fund
appropriation of $19,560 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $18,021 in fiscal year
2014-15 for one one-quarter time Consumer Protection Inspector position and
related costs. This estimate assumes
the provisions of the legislation could result in increased complaints
requiring the department to incur additional time with investigating these
complaints. |
