This legislation
eliminates the requirement for concealed handgun permits for residents who
are not otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm and would result in a
reduction in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue of $100,000 beginning in
fiscal year 2013-14. The bill includes
an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation of $102,382 in fiscal year
2013-14 and $109,242 in fiscal year 2014-15 from eliminating two Office
Associate I positions as a result of processing fewer permits. |
