	Phasing out a provision that has allowed some school administrative units (SAU's) to raise less than the required local contribution of the total cost of essential programs and services and not have the State share reduced pursuant to Title 20-A, §15690, sub-§ 1(C) will not impact the total cost of K-12 public education or the State's share of that cost.
