	This bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 in fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15 for the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to establish the Geospatial Data Reserve Fund.  The bill provides no funding for the allocation but does indicate a number of potential resources that the fund is required to accept if they become available.
