This legislation
increases ATV registration fees by $5 and dedicates the increase to the ATV
Recreational Management Fund within the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry. This
increase would result in increased Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the
department of $310,000 beginning in fiscal year 2013-14. |
