Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	Establishes new Class D and Class E crimes. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of the Attorney General may require additional General Fund appropriations for litigation expenses and attorney fees.  The amount that may be required cannot be predicted at this time.  Additional costs to the Department of Public Safety associated with reporting attempts by an agency or agent of the Federal Government to implement the National Defense Authorization Act For Fiscal Year 2012 can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
