	The Department of Education will incur costs to 1) publish the required models on its website; 2) lead the required statewide conferences by the spring of 2014 and annually thereafter until 2018, and 3) create the required series of teleconferences by the spring of 2014 and annually thereafter until 2018.  The total cost to the department and it's ability to absorb the cost without impacting existing programs and services can not be determined at this time.
