Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the General Fund appropriations in the bill of $105,862 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $146,141 in fiscal year 2014-15 by eliminating all provisions in the legislation related to the payment of prevailing wages in public works contracts.
	As amended, this bill provides for the transfers and reallocations of the cost of various positions in fiscal year 2013-14 only between the General Fund, Federal Expenditures Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds and Competitive Skills Scholarship Fund within the Employment Services Activity program to better align positions with work activity
