Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the General Fund appropriations in the bill by $75,000 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2014-15.
	As amended, this bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $25,000 in fiscal year 2013-14 to the Maine Development Foundation to support the Maine Downtown Center.
