	Requires school administrative units to determine and report the percentage of food and dairy products purchased or otherwise acquired for use in its elementary school and secondary school that is grown, raised, caught or produced in the State beginning in fiscal year 2014-15. 	Pursuant to the Mandate Preamble, the two-thirds vote of all members elected to each House exempts the State from the constitutional requirement to fund 90% of the additional costs.
