Additional costs
to the Department of Education to develop the required rules can be absorbed
within exisitng budgeted resources.
Assuming the department is able to successfully design rules to
implement the training requirements in the bill so that they would not
necessitate additional expenditures from local revenues, this bill may not
represent a state mandate pursuant to the Constitution of Maine. |
