The Judicial
Department will require additional General Fund appropriations of $460,869 in
fiscal year 2013-14 and $614,492 beginning in fiscal year 2014-15 to increase
mileage reimbursement and compensation for jurors. The additional costs to the Department of
the Attorney General can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources. |
