The general
operating expenses of this study commission are projected to be $1,250 in
fiscal year 2013-14 and $1,750 in fiscal year 2014-15. The continuation of this study in fiscal
year 2014-15 is contingent on the commission receiving outside funding of
$1,500 by July 1, 2014 to offset most of the fiscal year 2014-15 costs. The fiscal year 2013-14 costs and the
remaining $250 of fiscal year 2014-15 costs must be funded from the
Legislature's budget for legislative studies.
The additional costs of providing staffing assistance to the study
during the interim can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted staff
resources. |
